I having having problems getting Air Asia e-ticket number. Any idea? The tickets are booked through kiwi.com

Also I have two reservations ( two PNRs), one of them shows up on Air Asia website, one does not. However, the one that does not show under "My Bookings" is showing up when I try to check-in. Any idea?
