One could, I guess, clear passport control from 2F to 2E, go the lounge, then go back through passport control and do security and passport control later. But you're at the mercy of a concourse change while you're in Paris.
It's doable if it's 2F or 2G for both, but I'd question if it's worth it on a 2F to 2E connection.
If you deplane at 2F and your connection is from 2G, you will be sent to the 2G lounge. If you deplane in 2G and your connection is from 2F, you will be sent to the 2F lounge.
