Prima facie it’s unprofessional behaviour. Dumb behaviour on the FAs part even.

OTOH as a HKG O&D passenger I don’t want northern transit competing for ex-HKG seats on our common holidays in the short run. Just a cost minimisation POV, no Omni/PR intended.
