domestic and international arrival are on the same floor and in the same hall
usually best to meet someone is to determine the area around a exit door (as international arrival area is very large)...if you exit international arrival to the right, you could meet around exit door 3 or 4

domestic arrival: even you arrive at the most far away gate (A6 or B6), it takes not more than 5 minutes (with average walking speed) to reach the area with the luggage belts and from there another 5 minutes to the mentioned exit doors above
