Hoping someone could clarify for me, what actual flexibility is there on an AA Flagship Business SemiFlexible ticket?

My routing is Ireland to Usa return.
The AA page says "Refund - Not Allowed" on the payment page. So that part seems fairly clear.
I'm more interested in, up until what point can i change the date of departure?

The booking classes/fare basis are INX1C1S4 & INN1C5S4, if that helps at all?
