Our favorite is back in stock. In past years, it sold out during the presale and wasn't available again until after the next year's harvest.

It's produced exclusively from Tzuri olives grown in the upper Galilee by spicemaster Lior Lev Sercarz' father. The oil is unfiltered and has a rich body and herbaceous flavor and a peppery finish.
