I fear this may a casualty of the "new" layout since in that version it's in the section "Your Details", with your name below, a tiny arrow head to indicate it holds more information, and in a sea of wasted white screen space. Nothing makes it stand out.

On the "old" layout it's much clearer - it's right at the top, some details visible under "Your Booking Details" and an indicator as to whether the API data has been updated. For non legal residents you are forced to go into this area to put in certain details such as first night address on return tickets or you can't check-in. For legal residents using the "new" layout (actually 8 years old) and starting from the USA they need to check these details. And BA does send out emails inviting travellers - and indeed travelers -to do this.
