Both are crap for seat pitch (JetsGo even more so). So based on that, WestJet wins.

However, JetsGo loads are lighter, meaning that they might have more seats available for you to stretch out on which is better, but a definite crapshoot.

If I had to choose, I would choose Air Canada. In all seriousness, WestJet.
