I just checked with QR:
seat assignment isn't possible
neither is web check-in, it has to be at Indigo desks
lounge she wasn't sure about
points should be credited to my account (as your reference suggests)

All in all, the "successful code share" QR crows about is probably a success for both airlines' bottom line, rather than for QR's passengers
