No need to put your Krisflyer Gold card in the reservation in advance. It will not be possible as this is an TK M&S award; I think TK has blocked inserting other FFP than your TK M&S number in the reservation when it is a TK M&S award.

At check-in you can ask nicely if the agent is able to change to Krisflyer Gold (or you can try during OLCI on the TK website). If not successful you just show the card on your phone for lounge access etc Should be no issue.
