- minibar is empty so great to stock your own things
- superior and executive suites come with their own microwave
- if you get room #2124 : its the Presidential Suite "Valerian"
- uneven room number have views of the pool / court / north are in the cool shade
- even room numbers face the Doubletree hotel or the Main Street south artery
- high floor even room numbers get views of NRG stadium
- window glazing is excellent to keep out noise
- fun touch : all suites have names of medical herbs / flora


AVOID:
- rooms ending with numbers xx18 & xx20 : these are on every floor located opposite the ice machine
- rooms ending with numbers xx22 are located opposite the maid's utility and supply closet
- rooms on topfloor 21 : amazing views but the rumbling sound of the rooftop installations makes Jeanne d'Arc voices mute in comparison
(many praise to Tomas of overnight/early morning reception whom was able to switch rooms to a lower floor: we settled for a TWIN premium room + sofabed with lounge)
