This is what I thought too, and appears it partly works in terms of gifting airpoints, there has been no problems with that but for some reason just not the upgrades. Granted it's the first time I have lodged upgrades for her. I was able to do non household online no problems.
She does not display on the household register and cannot be added, its probably just a problem for me for some obscure reason
