If you submit a request for missing credit from the inline form with, partner, route & ticket number, you don't get an email with a tracking number. However, if you look in your activity, you will see the missing flight(s) listed chronologically when the flight(s) was/were flown.
Good to know. For which partner airlines can you actually use the web form? The two times I had to submit a retro request for Condor it didn’t work and advised to email in the info (if I recall correctly), which then triggered the tracking number.
