I definitely would not do this. If your incoming flight to GUA is delayed by even 30-45 minutes, you're going to miss your connecting flight. Even if this is all booked as one ticket, you're still going to need to find a hotel in GUA, only it'll be at the very last minute.

I would spend the night in the city and get a morning flight to Flores.
