Accrual of miles from CX taking forever
I flew two CX flights in early March and entered my AS FFP number when I made the booking. In fact, the AS # showed up on the boarding passes. No surprise, the miles were automatically posted in my AS account. I filed with AS to ask for those miles to be posted but only received the "we will forward the case to our partner" email. Two months afterwards, those miles are still missing. Is this typical? What was your experience with missing CX miles? Thx.
