The weekly zone A pass does include the 747 bus.

Under heading: "where to purchase"
The first item says: "In the métro, at fare vending machines or from station agents".
Normally, a fare vending machine sells all tickets. I would expect the fare vending machines at the airport is just a normal machine, and not a special limited one. If not, I don't know of anywhere in the airport where you can buy it.
