The 5:45 time is most likely based on when they expect LH/OS passengers to have left the lounge rather being being a time intentionally chosen to prevent SK 910 passengers from using the lounge.
OS 90 to VIE departs at 5:40 and LH 403 to FRA departs at 6:10, which is likely why the LH lounge attendant expected there to be space available after 5:45.
Edit: and TP 202 to LIS leaves 5:40.
LH 413 to MUC leaves at 8:30, LX 19 to ZRH leaves at 9:50,
(Edit: TP 204 to LIS leaves at 11 pm), and the two LO flights to WAW leave around 8 pm and 11 pm, so not a lot of LH group or LO passengers
(or other *A passengers) expected to use the LH lounge around 6 pm.
