We paid a little less than 75% of that for FHR at Capella Ubud last year, and from everything I've read its superior. The tents at Capella are truly private (no shared walls or ceilings). We did one of their tours (lavascape in a vintage Land Rover) and a cooking class and both were fantastic. They offered free airport pick-up and then drove us to Andaz at no charge (both in a luxury Toyota Alphard). On the flip side, the breakfast at Capella did not match the RC menu you posted (though the view from the restaurant is gorgeous and the servers were all lovely). There were a couple of service glitches, but recovery was superb.

Part of the reason I don't like most RCs. Capella was casual and friendly (FS Jimbaran was even better).
