It's hard in Indonesia where so many people smoke. Happened to us also at Ritz Mandapa but there they freaked out more when I complained. It's like with Covid-19, on average, people don't give a sh*t, are not considerate, and don't understand/don't care about (health) externalities. One just needs to get used to this b/c o/w you won't be able to go anywhere.
