Turns out we (Fortune 100) have an explicit leisure rate with Hyatt now. Must have happened during the pandemic. I just checked PHS in the booking engine and the terms are such:
Breakfast included:Reduced Rate: Leisure stays only - Guest must present organization membership ID upon check-in (when applicable to offer). - Daily breakfast is included - Blackout dates 20 JUL 2023 - 22 AUG 2023
Many of our hourly employees, who are just as entitled to use this rate, don't have company email addresses but do have company ID. I wonder what their experience would be like checking in.
