I have been stuck in a challenge with LATAM. I went to the site to sign up for a LATAM Pass, enetered in all my details and at end it says contact customer service. I call customer service, they have NO record of my submittal. So I provide details over the phone to estabilsh an account. They open up a case for me to get everything established and I have not gotten/hear update on case and I can see there are no notes on the site via the case lookk up.

Any thoughts on how to get a LATAM Pass set up quicker than this or do I need to wait?
