Used SNAs to upgrade into a One Bedroom Larger Suite, which the property calls an Executive Suite - was placed in one on the highest hotel floor (22) While the suite is not a full suite, the design is strong - lovely wooden aesthetics with Asian influences - the wall behind the desk was also quite pretty.
I had made the same mistake in one of my previous stays before I realised that this is the largest suite (?!?) available in this property. There are much better hotels in Bangkok with a more generous suite upgrade. I was also always allowed to enjoy my breakfast at the restaurant which is one of the more exceptional offeringswith some specials you won't find in other Marriotts.

IMHO the best thing about this hotel is the secret drag bar in the penthouse. The nightly performances will blow your mind away!
