a friend of mine had a similar experience. i would avoid monos. perhaps you can get your money back before the shipment. with memorial day coming i think calpak and arlo skye likely have a sale going on. rimowa never goes on sale unfortunately.
I talked to an agent yesterday and they said it has been issued a tracking number and should be shipped on Monday. So hopefully it gets done. It is coming from BC and it should not take more than 5 days for it to get to me if it is shipped on Monday. She gave me the tracking number too.
