Perhaps this is something that needs to be flagged to Hyatt corporate.
Marc left for Capella and my other main contact who was Assistant Front Office Manager, as well as the previous Front Office Manager, have gone with him. I reached out to them prior and got email bounce backs. So I now know none of the staff except one in the Dining Room.
When I rang yesterday morning they said "We don't normally allow Corporate rates on weekends." Again, there is nothing in the Leverage T/Cs, and perhaps they are trying to stop the misuse of those corporate accounts that prohibit leisure travel, but I genuinely had a work event over the weekend. For Leverage accounts, they cannot distinguish when or what work is.
