Me (AMB) just checked in next to a rather annoyed Titanium who has a multiday stay ahead and planned to use the facilities but was unaware of the fee schedule. Just came from the Marriott Nagoya Associa and the situation was similar there. I can see how this would surprise many US based Bonvoy members, it certainly seems like an unreasonably high bar for free access.
