The e-gates at major UK airports and Eurostar terminals can be used by citizens of the UK, EU and EEA (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein) as well as citizens of certain low-risk countries (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Canada, USA and Singapore). But what about citizens of the European microstates: Andorra, Monaco and San Marino? Why aren't they included?
