I might pop to Haneda this morning to try and work it all out. There’s no option to buy lounge access on the app or anything so I guess that might also mean it’s included. Oh well, guess it’ll all become clear later!
It is somewhat amazing that with ticket types you can still "buy" a ticket that is just a fare bucket and not of any ticket type and you cannot know what kind of benefits are included then... Bad job but obviously the sales channel is not the most usual (BA buying from AY).
