Just arrived today - I can confirm that the Uber from Oxxo works-ish.... we arrived at Terminal 2 and had to walk quite a ways to get there... it's definitely closer to Terminal 1! Luckily we traveled very light so the 10-15 min walk in the hot afternoon sun wasn't too bad. Funny enough once I got to Oxxo and dialed up Uber, it said pickup spot was in front of Terminal 1... instead of walking to the terminal where it tried to get me to go, I messaged the driver and said we were at Oxxo and she had already messaged me saying 'Oxxo'. So not sure if Terminal 1 is officially an Uber pickup point or not, maybe others can confirm. But if you're arriving in Terminal 1 it's literally across the street and to the right. Price to hotel was 350 Pesos for Uber X and 450 for 'Comfort' which we chose but not sure it mattered (It was a Toyota Yaris hatchback)... so in the future I might choose X.
