In my experience, you can make changes online for any ANA award booked online, as long as you are only changing dates and the flights are available for an award. If you want different connections or airports etc, then you must cancel and rebook.
What about if route is the same but on one of the legs the carrier is different? Specifically, I’m currently booked on LAX-ICN via Taipei, LAX-TPE on EVA, then TPE-ICN on Asiana. Found a flight with shorter layover but it’s EVA all the way. Would I be able to make this change or does it have to be the same airlines for each leg?
