This is confusing:

Delta SkyMiles® Blue, Delta SkyMiles® Gold, Delta SkyMiles® Business, and Delta SkyMiles® Gold Business American Express Cards are not eligible to earn the MQD Waiver, but eligible purchases made on one of these Cards will count towards the MQD Waiver eligible purchase threshold of an Eligible Card if the Card is linked to the same SkyMiles number as an Eligible Card.
