I got this message for two of my flights, both of which had working AC/USB power, wifi. They were also 739 aircrafts. They had been right 0 of 2 flights. There was no last minute substitution of aircrafts since the message was sent. Either they got it fixed by flight time, aircraft met the faa directive, or erroneous email/notification.
