The check-in desks will open around 130/1:45pm, and current security queues are busy - so unless you've got TSA Pre, allow 30mins from check-in to being through security.

The lounge at D30 is around a 7min walk from the security checkpoint adjacent to the BA check-in desks, but they tend to send customers up to Margaritaville - which is 11mins walk to the D30 lounge (or about 18mins to D12 for the Centurion Lounge if you prefer).

Boarding will be from E24/E25, so the D12 lounge isn't ideally placed.

(and yes, you can use the AirTrain but its no quicker).
