From the display clock in the top right and the minute estimates, that's obviously a constantly changing digital monitor, rather than a permanent fixed physical sign, which is what I meant in my previous posts, and which is what i saw in the immigration arrivals area.
So, it seems we are both correct.

I will look out for it next time I pass through.
