Just finished a 3-night stay here. It was a great stay overall.

i wish i spent more night here rather than moving to HR Osaka.

got a king deluxe room as globalist upgrade despite a king premium room (1-cat above deluxe room) still available on app. no suites available though.

room is very spacious and well appointed. again, building quality is GREAT as expected from a new-build property in Japan. The only thing i wish they had is the overhead rain shower in the bathroom.

Breakfast at lobby restaurant is comp for globalist and is very good too. Both japanese and western food are available in the buffet, not that much in variety but very good in quality. Their beef curry is AMAZING. You can also order special dishes from a small a la carte menu as much as you want.

Globalists also get welcome drink(s) daily at lobby restaurant and 4pm late c/o was granted without asking. (i'm solo traveler so i got 1 drink/day.)

Gym seems to be adequate and nice enough. (I don’t usually workout during travel trips so just have a look at it.)

the hotel ground is very beautiful with many art pieces installed. This hotel felt more luxurious than many HCs, HRs, GHs, especially those in the US. I would be OK if they billed it as an Andaz or a PH.

Overall service is great with Japanese hospitality. Staffs are nice and helpful.

IMO, this hotel is one of the best HC in the folio and i will definitely return.
