Ok, here's the Regency Club Lounge offerings in the evenings. The staff there is very welcoming and they didn't hesitate to let me in as an Explorist to take photos. There's no keycard entrance to this lounge. There's an attendant that signs you in. I finally saw a lot of folks in the lobby dressed to go out on the town. Haven't seen anyone on my floor.
