But when you cancel a flight on your jetblue account online, it always tells you exactly what you will get back and what amounts right? Like it will say if you cancel you get exactly xxxxx points and xx travel bank? Or xxx refund to your credit card? Or xxx to your travel bank? That confirms it right? Then you know exactly what you get back when you cancel?
The exposure is up to you. Some people on FlyerTalk fly JetBlue once a week, and others once a year. It's up to you to use your Travel Bank before its expiration. If you can't then you're out of luck. That is not a question I or anyone else on this forum can answer for you.
It will tell you exactly what you will be getting back when you cancel. Ironically, the page title is "Payment" since it just uses the booking engine format, but it will tell you exactly what you are getting and in which form (currency and points when applicable).
