Ok so no one looks for a hechsher at a Vegas buffet, and the meat is almost certainly non kosher. That a lot of folks who are not orthodox will live with.
Cheese/milk based desserts after beef (same meal)? Pushing it a bit, but it's a non-kosher place after all.
But crab legs?
