radisson, given china based ownership, retained all properies and seems to allow bookings there.. china based airlines seem to have a lot of flights too..
regime madness aside ppl there have families and other ties abroad so many still have to travel despite the risks and complications.. plus isolation only helps the regime and hurts those who are squeezed by oppression internally and sanctions externally...
