Anguilla is never busy, the hotel is boutique, there will be some people staying there but it's not going to be a large resort feel, you will see the same people everyday at the pool, beach and breakfast. If you want more life stay at the Royal Palms Hilton in SXM comes with a kitchen and is a vacation club, or the flamingo Hilton vacation club if you only need one room.
