I know LAS has made improvements to the C & D security lines which have dramatically reduced waits during normal travel times.

But I would still expect a long wait if you are leaving the convention on Sunday or whenever it ends. It was a zoo last year, and no airport can expeditiously handle the departure of tens of thousands of people simultaneously. Allocate 1-2 hours to be safe, depending on the time of day.
