I'm flying NZ for the first time next month. I discovered that my outbound flight's fare class (S) earns no miles on ANA Mileage Club, so I wanted to know what NZ's policies are regarding changing the fare class booked. Would pre-booking a Skycouch allow me to change to a higher fare class?

Are there any other methods to upgrade the fare basis, even if I'm staying within the economy cabin?
