You might wanna check your email or their website, since they might have sent you your updated itinerary already.
I got a call as well about 7pm this evening. They told me the flight on the 23rd is sold out (I was booked on the 2nd) so they booked me for the 30th. I got a new itinerary over email. I said that I would likely cancel and want a refund since the 30th does not work for me for a variety of reasons (have plans that day on the other coast, plus I was traveling west especially for the NP inaugural). The person (who sounded like she had kids playing in the background) gave me a 1-800 number to call back. A little while later I got an email notifying me of a future flight voucher equal to my ticket price good for 1 year and fully transferrable. My reservation still shows on the Ravn site, so I'm not sure if this is just a nicety or if they've gone ahead and removed me.

Luckily I booked directly through the airline. Speaking with an aviation blogger/Youtuber who was booked on it (from overseas), they used booking.com and NP told them to take it up with booking.com, who said that since NP rescheduled the flight versus cancel it he is not entitled to any sort of refund or credit, so $400 down the drain.

I had a flight west and a flight back east to bookend this... I can't change without penalty so I'll just enjoy the trip west and continue with the rest of my weekend there.
