You forgot to add to your "banker legacy" list the complete emergency descent of customer satisfaction and experience. I was really sceptical when Manner took the job having followed him in banking for years me as a Nordea shareholder. He has done even worse that i feared. These cost cuttings are going to look good on the financial side in short term but long term i think they are really going to hurt AY.
