Does the Sky Club Express offer/encourage grab-and-go? From photos it looks like the food there is roughly the same as at the new B32 grab and go.

I have an afternoon flight next week for which I wouldn't mind having some healthy snacks to bring on board, and the grab-and-go selection looks like it might fit the bill well. (And might go and get some actual food at the Centurion Lounge first and then grab-and-go B32 since it sounds like you're not allowed to both go into the club and visit grab-and-go.)
