First time attempting to load serve amex at FD. I was getting "Debit Tender not Allowed" message. I basically opened my Serve app, generated a barcode, had the cashier scan the barcode, then I swiped my gebit, and then the screen asked for cash back amount(picked $0) then the cashier was seeing this error even before asking for pin. I tried multiple cards and even tried smaller amount ($95) and the same error, Does anyone know why would this be happening?
