The issue has not been resolved on my account yet.
Today they added the Double Tier points for BA holiday, as suspected they based the amount awarded based on the base tier points awarded.
So instead of 40 points short of what I am owed, I am 80 points short.
I am not able to alert BA of my missing points as I am informed that I have to wait at least 3 days from date of travel before making a claim (it has been 11 days...)
Why is BA IT so poor?
