I purchased a day pass last June. I have tried multiple times to use the pass. The pass is valid thru June 30, 2023.
I will be leaving shortly for a month long trip to Europe. My elite status means I will not need a pass for my travel to Europe
I've sent a message to AC and was told they would not refund the pass. It seems a bit unfair considering how I been prevented from using it multiple times.
I find it amazing that they are forcing non refundability on a product I am not able to use because Admirals Club is not allowing it due to capacity...... every time I go to an AC. Any ideas?
