Miserable.
Have had remote stand at BER a few times including the weekend before last. I won't chance the LGW - BER again as last time the plane went tech and could only get rebooked to LHR and people were left to their own devices as far as accommodation was concerned and the staff at BER are not happy in their work. Surly and unhelpful is how I would describe most of them. I arranged accommodation for myself and my colleague online, and was met with a scowl and a grunt when I asked how to get to the InterCIty Airport hotel at the information desk. Tegel was much friendlier. The lounge is pretty god at BER though.
