Hi there.If you are using Miles Upgrade or Instant Airport Upgrade, you will only accrue Etihad Guest Miles as per your original ticket.
In the case of Bid Upgarde, the bonus miles will be credited to your Etihad Guest account. Members of other airline loyalty programs are not entitled to bonus miles. If you did not receive the bonus miles using bid upgrade, please contact [email protected] with a copy of your boarding pass and Etihad Guest membership number, and they will be glad to help.
