My Aussie accent worked fine with it. I was quite impressed, since it got all of my answers in one go. Also, when I got to an agent, she actually HAD all the info I talked to the robot about. This usually doesn't happen with other voice operated systems I have used.

It is also significantly less annoying than the AA system, which, after any response you give, has a fake key-clicking sound as if there is typing going on. Why this is necessary, I am unsure.

I also noticed that you do not get it everytime. I asked the res agent about this while she WAS actually pressing some keyboard keys, she said that it started last week and they are trialling it with a small percentage of calls to see how people liked it. I told her I was happy with it
